48% Revenue Growth: Visometry Continues Its International Expansion

Darmstadt – Visometry, a provider of augmented reality solutions for industrial applications, closed a strong 2025 and is entering the new year with ambitious goals. Despite the ongoing downturn in the automotive industry and economic stagnation across Europe, the company recorded revenue growth of 48% compared to the previous year. New customer acquisition was particularly strong: In 2025, the number of companies using the quality inspection solution Twyn day to day increased by more than 40%.

“2025 marked a significant growth surge for Visometry,” said Dr. Harald Wuest, CEO and co-founder of Visometry. “We not only increased our revenue by almost 50%, but also grew our team by 20%. We currently employ 44 people. Our internationalization strategy has proven to be a key success factor.” South Korea and Italy led the way with consistent growth, while Spain emerged as a key market following initial license sales and new partnerships.

Globally, the number of new customers increased by more than 40%. Twyn, the software for visual quality inspection, is now used daily by around 300 customers. These include companies such as Gothaer Fahrzeugtechnik, Liebherr, Siemens Mobility, WISAG, and Hyundai Electric.

Visometry once again set new benchmarks with its products last year. The development team expanded Twyn with the Assisted Deviation Detection (ADD) feature, which supports quality engineers by automatically highlighting deviations between the digital model and the physical component using color coding. In addition, the computer vision system was optimized, particularly for the detection and tracking of very large parts. The Twyn product team also improved interfaces and added support for additional CAD formats to make data exchange even more efficient.

Further Growth Driven by Innovation and International Expansion

In 2026, Visometry will focus both on strengthening its presence in existing markets and on developing new ones. “Our goal is to further expand our international footprint. To achieve this, we plan to continue our success story through ongoing innovation while deliberately entering new markets and industries,” said Harald Wuest.

Visometry will focus its international expansion in particular on South America and East Asia. Similar to its approach in North America, the company is also pursuing the expansion of strategic partnerships in these regions. In Europe, the company is targeting further growth in Spain, France, and the United Kingdom.

On the customer side, manufacturers of welded assemblies, agricultural and construction machinery, and other specialized vehicles remain key target groups. In addition, Visometry is now also entering new industries such as aerospace and structural steel construction in the building sector.

Our product roadmap continues to drive growth through innovation. Twyn is being continuously expanded with new capabilities, including improved tracking algorithms, optimizations to the user experience and workflow, and integrations with partner systems to enable seamless exchange of component data. The team is also working on new AI-powered functionalities for detecting differences and anomalies, as well as for supporting daily inspection tasks in highly complex scenarios.

Throughout 2026, the team is set to present these product innovations at major international trade shows, including Global Industrie in France, BIEMH in Spain, MECSPE in Italy, MACH in the United Kingdom, and FabTech in the United States.
