Twyn Giveaway

1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The giveaway is organized by Visometry GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). The company’s registered office is located at Frauenhoferstraße 5, 64283 Darmstadt, Germany.

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the Giveaway
The competition starts on 11 December 2024 and ends on 21 February 2025. Participation in the giveaway occurs by uploading an image that shows the use of the Organizer’s software on https://visometry.com. The image must comply with the participation requirements and may not contain any illegal content. Participation is free of charge.

4. Image Requirements
The image must clearly depict the use of the Organizer’s software. No copyrighted content may be uploaded unless the participant holds the appropriate rights to use such content. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that violate these requirements from the giveaway.

5. Draw and Prize
The two winners of the giveaway will be selected randomly on 24 February 2025. The prize consists of one of the two tablets (Model: Apple 11″ iPad Pro (M4), value: 1.199,00€ or Model: 2022 Apple 11″ iPad Pro (4th Generation), value: 1.070,66€). The winner will be notified by email.

6. Announcement of Winners and Publication of Entries
The winner agrees that their name and the uploaded image will be published on the Organizer’s social media channels and website. The publication will include the participant’s name, provided they have agreed to this. The participant may request the removal of their image from the Organizer’s public channels at any time.

7. Rights to Submitted Images
By participating in the giveaway, the participant grants the Organizer the free, unlimited right to use the uploaded image for marketing purposes, including in promotional materials, on the website, social media, and other communication channels of the company. The participant confirms that they hold all rights to the image and that the use of the image does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Data Protection
The Organizer is committed to handling participants’ data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will only be used for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary to fulfill the giveaway (e.g., sending the prize).

9. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for technical disturbances that affect participation in the giveaway or for any false information provided by participants. The Organizer’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, if necessary, to optimize the giveaway or comply with legal requirements. Changes will be announced on the Organizer’s website.

11. Legal Recourse
The legal recourse is excluded. German law applies.

By participating in the giveaway, you agree that the uploaded image, as well as your name and, if applicable, your company, may be used for marketing purposes and published on social media, on our website, and in other promotional materials. You confirm that you hold all rights to the uploaded image and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
